Share your sketches, photo references, or custom design brief. Our engineering team prepares technical blueprints, proportion calculations, and stone layout maps tailored for production.

3D CAD Precision Engineering

We build your piece in 3D CAD software down to ±0.02mm tolerances, ensuring flawless micro-prong strength, optimal stone security, and comfortable ergonomic daily wear.

3D Wax Prototyping

A high-precision 3D wax model is printed for physical verification. We verify scale, finger fit, hinge articulation, and gemstone seats in hand before casting.

Master Sample Approval

A single master piece is cast in your requested gold or platinum alloy, pre-polished, and submitted for your final inspection and wholesale production sign-off.

Batch Casting & Setting

Our Mumbai foundry casts the full order in sealed induction vacuum chambers, followed by microscopic diamond and gemstone pavé setting by our master artisans.

Quality Control & Assay

Every individual piece undergoes a 5-stage optical inspection, claw tension pull-tests, XRF metal assay verification, laser hallmarking, and ultrasonic cleansing before dispatch.
